As a buyer, I work for you as a Buyer’s Agent and the best part is, there is no cost to you.  My services are free and paid for by the seller.  I can walk you through the process and will make sure that your interests are being met throughout the process.

In addition to her regular practice, I have spent the last four years becoming a specialist in selling pre-foreclosure homes as short sales. I hold the designation of CDPE which is Certified Distressed Property Expert. If you are looking for an expert in “Short Sales” (either as the buyer or the seller), or would like to know what a Short Sale is and if it is right for you please call me. I’ve achieved an 90% success rate on Short Sale transactions in Northern Colorado over the last 4 years and have successfully closed short sales that other agents were unable to negotiate. 

Personally, I am a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters Degree in Adult Education.  I am married with 2 children and a dog, Cam.  I love to volunteer and was actively involved in PTO for 6 years and the Larimer County Child Advocacy Center. Prior to my career in Real Estate, I was a police officer with Fort Collins Police Department and an Investigator with the District Attorney’s Office.  We own several rental properties and enjoy having properties that have a positive cash flow.  Ethical and hard working is only part of what makes me successful in real estate.
